I'm the founder of PilotFrame, an AI-first software development company. At its core is the Pilot Framework—a control plane for authoring, managing, and orchestrating AI personas and workflows through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
The framework bridges the gap between AI agent capabilities and structured, reusable expertise. Instead of instructing an AI agent every time, you define a persona once—with specific missions, workflows, constraints, and success criteria. That persona becomes a discoverable MCP tool that AI agents like Cursor and Claude Desktop can invoke. Create personas through natural language conversation using the AI Assistant, or use the visual editor with JSON schema validation.
Workflows orchestrate multiple personas in sequential, parallel, or cycle patterns to accomplish complex tasks. The platform includes a REST API for CRUD operations, HTTP-based MCP server integration, persistent conversation management, and full TypeScript architecture. Example workflows include the 10-step website creation process (used to build this site!) and content production workflows.
